The charity society, compromising more than 60 women from local golf clubs, raised the money during events that ran across 2012. The funding will be used by both the Woking and Guildford First Responder teams to maintain recruitment, training and acquisition of medical equipment.
Team leader Simon Ramm says:
“This very impressive donation means a great start to 2013 for the teams and ensures that we are able to better compliment the Ambulance Service in our local communities. We would like to pass on our sincere thanks to everyone involved in the fundraising effort.”
